We are on the 3rd floor of The Wedding Tree building at 420 Main Street in Downtown La Crosse, WI.

Ballroom seating capacity accommodates up to 180 guests for a plated dinner, 150 for a buffet-style dinner, and up to 250 guests for a cocktail-style or non-seated event.

Yes! We have an elevator available for all guests.

Yes! The Court Above Main entrance is a half a block away from the Market Square Parking Garage on Jay Street between 4th Street and 5th Avenue. See our "Parking and Lodging"(/parking-and-lodging) page for more information.

At The Court Above Main, the following is included with your venue rental: • Event Coordinator, Bartending, and Venue Staff • Private getting-ready suite • 6 ft. round guest tables, 6 ft. banquet tables, high and low cocktail tables, black Chiavari chairs • Basic linen tablecloths in black, white, or cream, and napkins in assorted colors • Dinner plates, cake plates, glassware, silverware, and water pitchers • Room & decoration set up by venue staff • In-house sound system

A signed contract and initial venue deposit (half of the total rental rate) are required to secure your date.

For a ceremony and reception venue rental, we offer a 14-hour window of 10 am-12 am. A reception-only venue rental accommodates a 12-hour time frame of your choice, not extending before 10 am or past 12 am. A ceremony-only venue rental accommodates a 6-hour timeframe of your choice.

We offer an all-inclusive package for 100 guests or less. This package includes a team of wedding professionals (caterer, photographer, DJ, etc), venue rental for 8 hours, full set-up and take-down, and more. Check our "Micro-Weddings"(/micro-weddings) page for more details!

Yes! Check out our "Preferred Caterers"(/caterers) for more information. We do allow catering outside of our preferred list, but ask that you confer with the TCAM venue manager for approval prior to reaching out to them.
